Music Hi, I'm Lindsay Leith, the owner of Cargo Coffee here in Madison, Wisconsin. I opened Cargo Coffee 27 years ago with very little resources, a lot of sweat equity, bought a lot of used equipment, so it's been great to be part of the community. Over the years, I have worked at making my store more energy efficient. A lot of that's driven by the bottom line. I also realize and many of my customers are happy to point out to me that being energy efficient is good for the community, it's good for the world. I really focus on helping small minority businesses become more energy efficient, teach them and educate them about ways to sustain. And also to just be on this journey with MGE as we try to get into our carbon decarbonation goals for 2030. So really throughout the Park Street area where there's redevelopment, we really try to focus on some of the smaller businesses that have been here a while, that are in some of the older buildings and just really try to look for ways for them to be more energy efficient to help them save on their bills as well. So a lot of the equipment that Lindsay had put into the facility, obviously being a smart business owner, wanted to try to minimize his costs, but over time eventually he's going to add some costs. So the things that he was using here were about 27 years old. A lot of things we tend to replace are about 10 years or between 10 and 15 years, so this was a really, really good opportunity to help him find a really good replacement. So once I found two partners, Triggs Pl I had a two-door refrigerator that I bought used back in 1998, and it was definitely on its last legs, so that was one of the things that I wanted to replace. Also at the same time, we replaced the hot water heater, which was also original to when I opened the store back in the late 90s. So the word we did over here, cargo coffee, we just replaced an undercounter, a credit for all energy efficiency. That helped them to save money and costs on the long run, and also they got better performance on the one that they got right now. As a small business, it's often difficult to make these changes, so having a focus on energy see me through that process was a real win. I would Thank you.
