Village Cafe

I'm going to eat in the 100 restaurants on the list of the 100 best of New York Times and today we're going to eat something to make baillana. Village Cafe occupies the 60th place on the list and is hidden in this small apartment. If you don't look for it, you'll probably pass by. When we arrived for the first time, were about 20 people and we. . . Okay, now let's go to the food. It's the first time I try this kitchen. It seems that they have a little bit of everything on the menu, including beef testicles. The pan zest is fat and delicious. I also ordered a cup of K. Okay, listen. I ordered the Worc because I love soup and practically changed my life. Sour pork, a lot of neldo, remolacha. My God, I'm seeing it again. I'm literally excited. We have two nice things to buy. Google didn'tell me how to pronounce it. Basically, a pancake, a flat bread filled with grass or meat. And we have chicken, delicious. Then we have videos made by hand with fried chicken on top. The pasta was a little watery, which seemed weird to me, but it was still excellent. And then these were beef raviolis, but they are basically sausages. Another excellent dish. The chicken skewers were perfectly cooked. In fact, one of my favorite vocades of 2025 was mixing sausages with the Worc. I'm convinced that if this wasn't an hour from my apartment, I would go there every week. All I have to say is that this is one of my favorite places on the list. J.
