Music Welcome to Elko Popping House. I'm Sherry. Come on in. What is your name? Sherry Jackson. How long have you been in the coffee business? 21 years. Do you drink coffee or tea? I drink both. I think I prefer coffee. Coffee is my passion, but every night I'm done, I get coffee out and I have to switch to tea. What is your favorite drink to make? I would say, I have a show. What qualities do you need to have to get a coffee shop? Oh well, the ability to work a lot and to just persevere, to multitask, to be able to do shopping, paper work, actually making the drinks, meeting. There's a lot of cleaning involved. Pretty much what it takes to run a household is what it would take to run a long house and a love of people. I'm sure there are other things I can think out, but that's what I can think of right now.
