You have a lot of options to choose from in the morning when you're deciding where you want to get your coffee or breakfast. However, SIP at Seastreet Flats offers a wide array of amenities from a relaxing environment, community involvement activities that SIP hosts and tasty stylized drinks. I've been coming here for a year now. People I have a small business model, so it'something about the small business that gives it a touch to the community. It's really welcoming and I've seen jailed and manager being accommodating to people as much as possible. I've been open for about two years now, two years this month. Initially it's a project in conjunction with the apartments to offer something to the tenants in the community here on Main Street and Historic Laurel to offer a place for the community. Mostly try to provide a place for the community to make it their own space. So with the artwork going on the walls, we are in the art district here at the Laurel so to offer a place where artists can show their pieces and bring in more of the community a place where people can come and feel welcome and not feel So it's a big part of coffee in general is providing a place where people feel Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So Mrs. Mima and her family enjoy coming to SIP after church. We tend to frequent SIP or other coffee shops in the neighborhood, especially in the so we enjoy coming, sitting outside, having coffee and a breakfast sandwich. There's much more of a neighborhood feel here versus a Starbucks. It'something unique and different. Standing out from your competition can be tough, but guys Valentino strive every day to be innovative through more personal means. The people that our guests that do come in and join us, they come in on a consistent basis, they're very regular and so we get to know them and what's going on in their lives and so we really appreciate that. The little things in life can go a long way. Saying hi, how are you, to a customer and acknowledging their presence by getting to know them helps create that positive relationship that keeps Laurel residents coming back.
