Hey, it's Jack here. We're back in Las Vegas, Nevada. We're just outside of Red Rock Canyon. We're going to be checking out Baby Stacks Cafe. They've got locations across the Las Vegas Valley. Well, let's go on inside, check out what it's Baby Stacks Cafe has eight locations across the Las Vegas Valley. Today, we're going to be covering the Red Rock location, located at 11770 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite 150. As we walk up, we can see their specials here. They are representing the Las Vegas Raiders. We see the cute panda and raccoon there. They're hand-drawn. Over here, we have their road runner. They are open Monday through Friday, 7 to 2 and on the weekends, 7 to 3. Let's go inside, check it out. Well, here we can see their menu. They've got their classic pancakes, something they're known for from what I've been told. They have their crepes, their french toast, waffles, omelettes, skillets. Over here, they have their specialties. And they've got their breakfast favorites over here. Such a wide assortment of items on the menu here. On the backside here, they do have their lunch menu, sandwiches and burgers. Over here at breakfast time, so we're going to focus on the breakfast. I have no idea what I'm going to get, but when I do, I'll show it to you. Well, breakfast has arrived. I asked what the most popular thing on the menu is and they said the adobo fried rice is the most popular thing. That adobo fried rice comes with their short stack of pancakes and I've got a coffee that's a house blend coffee. I'll have more on that in a minute and then of course some water right there. For the adobo fried rice is a traditional Philippine dish made with marinated shredded chicken and rice all wrapped up in an omelet style egg. Garnished with green onions. It's a local's favorite. We'll give this a flavor taste and see what it's Went ahead and cut into the omelet. We can see the rice there. We got the shredded chicken. Just looks amazing. We're going to give this a taste right out of the kitchen. I didn't add any hot sauce, salt or pepper to it. Just see what these flavors are The flavor of the adobo fried rice with the chicken. I can see why it's the most popular thing on the menu. It flavor is amazing. One thing to note, their syrup is hot out of the kitchen. Go ahead and give these pancakes a flavor taste after we put a little syrup on there. See what they're The adobo rice comes with pancakes. I went with the traditional buttermilk, but if you wanted to get specialty pancakes, a few dollars more, but you can get those as well. With the standard buttermilk, give these a taste. See what they're Well, the buttermilk pancakes are fluffy and light and just really have a great flavor to them. And I noted the syrup is really a strong maple taste. Can't complain there. Also, I noticed the maple syrup is a little stringy. I hadn't seen that before, but the flavor is amazing. I'm going to go ahead and finish up the breakfast and I've got some more to show you. Over here they have their merchandise. They've got some t-shirts there. They have some shot glasses, some t We do have their house blend coffee, baby stacked house blend coffee, that they do sell right here. You can pick up your pods, your bag of coffee. They do have their coffee mugs for sale. Shot glasses are five dollars, and those tall glasses I showed you are six ninety-five. Well, the bill has arrived. Total is twenty-one eighty-seven. I'll be paying non-cash. So the coffee was four dollars. The Dover rice was fifteen fifty. The sub total is nineteen fifty. Tax was dollar sixty-three. Of course, Miss Ashley's phenomenal service.
