Hi, it's Nicole Mangina with Wigamere Real Estate and today's Best of Kirkland location is the Cocoa Coffee Downtown Kirkland on Park Lane. And here with Jeff who works here at the Cocoa Coffee. I just love this place. I come down here all the time, You've got everything from people catching up to people coming down here to work, then I can come and get some things done. Jeff, the second office girl, I'm here for sure. Yeah, it's kind of a little niche in the same hood. I mean, there's a n And I think here is, we will start a coffee. We have a little 5-kilograms of coffee that we are going to be upgrading very soon. Awesome. I think you can come in by the beans, right? Yeah, yeah. So you can come in and get your cup of coffee, but you can also take the beans home if you want a cocoa coffee. And it's just a great place to come down, get something to drink and check out the local flavor.
