Paris Café & Desserts

Well, we're from Paris Cafe and Deserches, but we're located out on 28th Street by the Willemall. My dad is the master chef. He does all the cooking and baking and we just help him decorate. This is my sister, Erna, and I'm with Irma. My mom, she's in the business too, but she stayed back and she's working right now. My dad studied French culinary back in Bosnia and he got an internship at a young age working with a man who took under his wing and he showed him everything he knows. So that's where he learned. He worked in other French restaurants. We had one other location previously, a smaller one, but we've been in this location on 28th Street for three years. The desserts in front of you, the first one is strawberry and Napoleon. It's Then the second one over is cocoa layers and then it has a hazelnut custard between the layers and it has chocolate on top as well. The third one is a wild berry. It's vanilla cake with strawberry cream and it has jello and fresh berries on top. Then the last one is a baklava and it's just five little with walnuts and honey syrup.
