Hi, my name is Chris Dietrich. I'm owner of the Caribbean Coffee Company here in Jacksonville, Florida. I've lived in Jacksonville since 1997. Originally I was in the Navy and stayed here. I started the business in January of 2014. We sell at the Riverside Arts Market and now we're selling at local buy. The community does a really good job of supporting us. If you look at people around the market, they're buying stuff and it's just fabulous. So I started roasting coffee because I obviously love coffee. My wife and I were buying coffees from around the world and just thought it was a really cool idea to start roasting for myself. I was fortunate to have a friend that owns a restaurant downtown called the Magnificat Cafe. He allowed me to share the coffee during OneSpark in 2014. I got a really good response during that and that's actually what prompted me to start the company itself. So it's been a really fun journey. Really excited to be on local buy.
