Mac Nation Cafe

I grew up loving it. Everyone kind of grew up on it and loving it and we thought that it was something that was very versatile Something that you could do a lot with My name is Alton McCollough. I'm the owner operator of Mac Nation Cafe full mac and cheese restaurant So we opened up in 2015 And it kind of just started as an idea Were talking about mac and cheese and we had been to a restaurant in Pennsylvania called Mixin Mac Which is more of a buffet style kind of a build your own and then with this more planning and talking the vision We realized was a really good idea So our original concept was a food truck do a mac and cheese food truck And then literally while were kind of talking this all out this place came up for lease So we decided to just kind of j We started with six different mac and cheeses and we're now up to 47 We have a state theme concept So we feature different max for every state based on that state's known cuisine So that idea kind of snowballed from Colorado, which is our pork green chili mac And then from there we just explored the different states and their known cuisines and kind of snowballed from there Very mountainous very rustic we're built into the side of a mountain here, so that's kind of fun But we have a more retro, Yeah, we'really excited about coming out of COVID
