Our wood coffee is a coffee roaster. We serve really, really good coffee with two cafes in Chagrin, Falls and in Hudson. And we serve food in just a comfortable meeting place for people to come and work, meet with friends and just really enjoy a I have a family and I was looking for a better way of providing for my family and I just decided that maybe opening a coffee shop would be, these are really popular in other parts of the country and we thought that there really is sort of a need for it here. A lot of coffee based drinks, a lot of traditional drinks like a cappuccino or a latte or things that you might see, had you gone to Italy or France, We also have something for the non-coffee drinker, a huge tea list, a lot of We make all of our syrups in-house, a lot of the ingredients we use we make or we source locally and we feel Cappuccino is probably the most popular. We have a drink called the Cafe Miel which is basically a honey and cinnamon latte. Our ice chocolate latte is our espresso with heart's-leur-dairy chocolate milk, a really simple drink that's probably one of our most popular as well. There's many, many different ways of brewing coffee and you can get as deep into it or as little into it as you want. You can come in here, we've got a coffee for you if you just use a regular coffee pot at home or if you've got any n We sell a lot of them and we can choose a coffee that fits perfectly for that device. We source all of our coffee from other countries and we bring it in to our roasting facility and it's raw and we roast it which is a major part of the supply chain in coffee. Everything that we have is branded as Hartwood coffee and it's coffee that we have sampled, sourced or specifically sought out. My mom is the plant lady and so we want to have a lot of life in here and we want to have a lot of people that feel We don't want a sterile environment and we feel This is a comfortable and safe place and you don't need to have any preconceived notions about the fact that we take our coffee really seriously. Our baristas are super good and super friendly, welcoming you in For us it's about being responsible for ourselves a little bit. That's how it started is that we wanted to produce our own income and we want to really be responsible for as our family grows. But what it has turned into is that really we're just plugged into a bigger community. Coffee shops and communities seem to be synonymous and they can also seem kind of fake but whenever you really get into it we've found that while we've really made a lot of friends we'really an important part here and it's just a great business to be a part of. We come to work every day excited and happy.
