Today's just a siphon day. Now I very rarely make siphons as a setup is annoying, but there was a very nice customer and he was So here I am. Now I don't always use a new filter, but just putting it on as you can see is very annoying. Make sure when you get the filter in, you pull the hook all the way down. I Then I let the bubbles go up into the chamber and let it subside. You'll notice I stir from the beginning to the end and I just use it as a guidance so it never overheats. The hot grinds float up and the cold ones moved out. Great for even extraction. At about one minute of stirring, I pull the flame and let it drain. It should only take about 30 seconds to drain. The flavors tend to be a lot rounder and sweeter. Maybe I'll do a more in-depth shorts soon.
