Gorilla in the Cafe sources its beans directly from local independent farmers and roasters. We work with some of Hawaii's most respected farms and roasters directly to provide the highest quality, fresh roasted beans available in Hawaii. We have a full espresso bar as well as blended drinks, sandwiches and pastries. Gorilla in the Cafe also features a single serve Pour Over Bar where customers can try the various award winning and highly rated coffees we sell retail.
