Redefined Coffee House

Music For a redefined coffee house, really what it means is to bring a community together. We wanted to create a space where everybody could work, hang out, socialise, feel comfortable enough where they could spend time with themselves and just enjoy our environment, enjoy amazing cup of coffee. When we opened up, we wanted to choose the best coffee. We wanted to choose them for a reason. So when we started working with Averka, we realised they are really all about the coffee experience and they're about the coffee community. They've come a long way in the five or six years they've been around. They've proven who they are. They're local, which is very important to us. We're all about community, so we don't feel the need to go to some big brand name where we have so many amazing roasts in Dallas itself. One of the things we'really excited about is nitro coffee. We brew a Guatemalan coffee as a la pastoria. Push the nitrogen gas through it, which really helps you with that nice beautiful cascade. It creates Sometimes people think you're drinking againness, but What makes redefined special is the people that come here. It's more than coffee. That's the better community.
