Well, you may soon have a new food option in your neighborhood. 85 C Bakery, a Taiwanese bakery cafe chain known for its breads, pastries and sea salt coffee is coming soon to the marketplace on Ming Avenue. You may be familiar with restaurant as there are locations in Corona, Irvine Stockton and Alhambra. But as for Bakersfield's location, coming soon signs are up already, but an official opening date has not been announced yet.
