For a fresh and enhanced coffee experience, our baristas cup and taste all the coffee in our shop before serving it to our customers. They will help you select the best brew method to bring out their unique flavors in your coffee selection. We take pride in our preparation of the coffee ensuring the right temperature, ratio of coffee to milk or water, and speed by which the water interacts with the grounded coffee. Our partnerships with our Roasters is just as important as the preparation methods. We value and leverage their expertise in sourcing, roasting, and the relationships they have developed with their farmers. It is our responsibility to showcase all their hard work in the best way possible. Our pastries are provided through a local bakery, Bearkery, a family-run small business that prepares everything with local ingredients you can pronounce.
