We at Valparaiso focus on roasting our coffee every week to provide our customers with fresh coffee. By doing so, you can taste the subtle flavors inherent to the growth conditions, coffee varietal, and country of origin. We have developed a bold style of roasting that isn't afraid to seek the fullest potential of flavors derived from single origin coffees and we invite you to give them a shot. Well, for this it's actually the name of the coffee shop and that's actually my birthplace. So I'm from Chile and Valparaiso is my hometown. We're located downtown where the Bitwise Industries, it's 700 Van Ness and what it is actually a technological building. Oh, it's pretty awesome. As you can see, it's a great building. It's beautiful. We did a great job with the coloring and the schemes. All the tenants are amazing. It's just a really, really fun place to work here. It's almost We're all basically big kids here. It's amazing. It's a great, great place to be at.
