Outstanding coffee Fantastic people Amazing memories
Hello, my name is Caitlin and I'm the executive assistant for Lemp Real Estate. We are launching a brand new campaign called Live Good, Live Local. Our Live Good, Live Local campaign is built to celebrate everything that Boise has to offer. It highlights and celebrates locally owned businesses, restaurants, and more within Idaho. We'll be interviewing local business owners to discover why they chose the Treasure Valley and what makes it one of the best places to live. Check out our website to read our interview with the owner of Crave Kitchen & Bar in Eagle. Today's video will be focusing on coffee houses in Eagle. There are two locally owned businesses that we enjoy, Rembrandt's Coffee House and Eagle River Coffee. I went to both establishments to check out their menus. Rembrandt's Coffee House is a gorgeous place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The building itself used to be a church and has been customized to create an aesthetic gathering spot. Their menu has so much to choose from including their breakfast tacos, their chorizo with corn tortillas, breakfast bowls, avocado toast, lattes, and more. I asked their manager which coffee she recommended and her answer was their coconut mocha. They have a full bar and serve Bloody Mary's in the morning. Their hours of operation are 7am to 3pm. They are opening their dinner service in the coming weeks. Be sure to check out their website for updates. I ordered an iced caramel latte and it was a great cup of coffee. I'm a self-diagnosed caffeine addict so I have the qualifications to judge the coffee offered by our local restaurants. I have to say, I was impressed with the flavor of their coffee and their level of service. The other coffee shop that I visited was Eagle River Coffee. This charming coffee house had a wonderful layout and would be the perfect place to read a book or meet up with friends and clients. I love how much food they had to offer and it was so cute that they had local coffee for sale. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. It was a bit sweeter than what I'm used to, but I ended up enjoying it a lot. Eagle River Coffee has a large menu with so many drinks to choose from. This cafe feels The cafe was open from 6am to 5pm except for Sundays which would be 7am to 5pm. Love Freelance Highly recommends both of these coffee houses. Stay tuned for more videos, interviews, and deep dives into some of the wonderful, locally owned businesses in the Boise and Eagle area.
