New Order Coffee

First thing that's really unique to New Order is that we do our own roasting here. We use an air roaster and we roast daily. Only two coffee shops in Michigan use this specific kind of roaster and it's really nice to create the aroma in the store when coffee is being roasted. We also offer cereal milk lattes that are really unique. I have never really heard of a shop that has done it. What we do is we steep whole milk and cereal for about a half an hour and we strain it and it kind of gives that very subtle taste to it. Not too sweet and mixed with espresso, it's You get to be a part of this very large community and inspiring people to bring small business here. The people that started it are very, very passionate about coffee and have worked in it for ages. So we bring a little bit of that passion to the table.
