really be the place where the world meets. What I mean by that is, when we talked about theater next door and on the weekends, it usually brings in an older white crowd, quite frankly, from the suburbs, which is good because we Green is the one of the color. And of course, the village draws an urban black crowd. So we've got these two populations of folks literally poured out doors now from each other. So the coffee shop is that place where hoping those folks can kind of get together, create friendships, build bridges, come to some kind of solution. Again, we need to talk about people of good will and always find a common ground. So this is ground zero again. To have a space in a place where people feel comfortable and they can talk and hopefully grow, actually. Of the whole idea of the Java house when we can conceive it as far as, So black screens aren't here, so the rest of the look is. This bar is solid granite and oak. The floors are ceramic and ceilings are tin. We used the finest products that we could find. I believe we couldn't afford it. They got a lot of people's donated. But we wanted to really set a standard and create a very special place for koalas to come. So that's what the Java house is all about. I want to take the next store on the other side just to show you something. What's up? I'm on the floor. I'm on the floor. What? I'm on the floor. I'making it. I'm on the floor. Oh, I'm on the floor. I'm on the floor. How are Oh gosh, Mary. I'm on the floor. Yeah. How many chairs? I'm on the floor. I'm on the floor. Oh, a seat locker. On this side, if you look down, the hardwood floors that you're now standing on, John, Brad, and this group actually took out four houses that we dismantled last year. So these are recycled hardwood floors. And the whole idea is obviously to save money, be recycled in Troy or repurposed in Troy. You don't have to throw out everything. We've had it to the point where when we deconstruct the house, we can save about 80%, recycle over 80%, all of the concrete those are the place where the concrete is properly reused. The shales are taken to a place where the ground is put in asphalt on eight miles. The hardwood floors, the windows, doors, all brought back to the warehouse and the re-perfors are being used. It's a pretty magnetic, I don't know what it is. Down to the ground. It's a simple thing. Bring the top to the ground. That's where we're going to be. We're going to be part of this. All of us around. We're going to be building a whole project. We're going to be building a whole project. We've got to get them to teach us. But the point is, is we want to recycle, rebuild,
