I simply replicated what we experienced in the streets of Paris and what appealed to so many Americans traveling through France. Using the same high quality ingredients and techniques that Bistro chefs have used for generations, we bring you daily the best breakfast and lunch in town. From our modest 1992 beginnings with little room and no employees, we have grown through 3 remodelings, a 500 sq. ft. kitchen, and 15 employees. Passionate about creating without compromising, we won the loyalty of thousands of customers as well as a long time staff who have done a superb and consistant job. You get a lot of repeat business for your program so it's not a one-time visit. It's over the years, it's thousands and thousands of fun. That's brought to me a lot of members from the area and in s Nothing is asked to the member when they come in to introduce themselves with a coupon, not show any type of membership, anything. It's totally neutral. People come in and feel as if they're going to be treated Now I have to say that after many, many years dealing daily with the company I've been very happy by the consistency, by how easy the system is. It has been great. I have tried to encourage other restaurant owners around here to participate. I don't know if they all follow my advice but something sounds good and you're happy with your first one to want to share the good news.
