My name is Joe Peltz and I have been at Wart Art Copy for almost eight and a half years. I've enjoyed my time here but it is actually time for me to move on to the next phase in the life. There'so many things that I feel proud of. Probably the most poignant thing that we did was how we handled COVID, how we navigated that during all those months and put our people first, I think was really, really important to me. I was really proud of how we handled that. And no, that's been great. I think fostering the creation of our core values was really important thing that I had hand in accomplishing. Probably one of the funnest things I ever got to do with Wart Art Copy was go to the Seattle Expo. It was so much fun. It was just me, Wes, Nancy and Bob and we laughed the entire time. We learned a lot about copy education and it was a really great experience. It's hard for me to pick one customer because I can think of a thousand. Charles has been here from the beginning. I've watched all three babies for Charlie and Beth Kaye to be born. Lou is awesome, I mean, I don't know how you pick one customer. They're all amazing. I'm going to go non-h Bicent is a dog. His parents come through. They've been coming through since I started. It's been crazy to watch him grow older and he gets the biggest treat of anybody. We get a real cup of whipped cream and lots of treats and it's been really cool. The things that I feel I've gained the experience and just the knowledge of just being on the ground with the staff, working every day in the middle of a shift and learning what it takes to work in a team I'm leaving with a deeper appreciation of redemption, knowing that I wasn't only able to receive that from this company, but I've been able to give that to so many others since I've been here. The next phase of my life is all about my kid, my family, soccer games, football games, those kinds of things. That's really the reason I'making this change is just because I want more time. I'm getting older and I just want more time with my family. What do you miss most about Wart Rock? The people. Stay h And I think if you can do that in any role, you're going to do really well. I just want to say that I really pray for them and I pray that God richly blesses them for creating the space that they've created for us, a space that allows for redemption for people I love them very much. I feel I hope that I've made a difference not only in the company itself but in the people that I've hired and the people that I've served. I hope that I've shown people grace when needed and accountability when necessary. But more than anything, I hope I've shown people a lot of love. That's good. Do you have any other questions? Yeah, that was great. Thank you.
