Hi, I'm Jacob Smith from Mudsmith Gagewheel. We're on our family farm here in Hazel, South Dakota. Our family has been in this area for more than a hundred years. We're a multi-generational farm and that'something that I'm very proud of. At the time that we invented the Mudsmith Gagewheel, were doing a lot of no-till and a little bit of strip-till. Those early mornings and early season plantings, the seed bed was really good, but that sticky soil was causing a lot of plugging issues and we knew it was something that we had to fix. We've been working on this issue since the mid to late 90s. 2006, 2007, we basically scrapped every idea that we've been working on trying to solve this issue and re-engineered the wheel and have what we have today. Tires are very pleased with the Mudsmith Gagewheel. They All the stuff that we pushed to have on our Gagewheel because they were all issues that we had on our farm. Tires last longer, cast iron hub keeps the wheel true and up against the disc and keeps a wheel wobble from happening. The three spoke wheel is reinforced all the way around the hit rocks, beat it up, it's going to last a long time.
