Roman's Cafe

Home of the Big Johnson. I'm at Roman's Cafe in Col So this is our friend Jackie's dad's place. So I was told to be nice and I'm always nice. I was gonna go with the Big Johnson, but it's just three eggs, post sausage and hash browns and pancakes. So I'm gonna go with the ultimate instead. This looks more fun and you guys know we Also, I didn't even know they had burgers and sandwiches on this side. So I decided to try the hot beef sandwich just for fun. Nothing Diet, coke, start your morning. Here's the ultimate omelet. Here's a hot beef sandwich. And here's Bailey's Denver omelet. She also got some pancakes over here and some extras over here. This looks really good and excited. This has a side of blue cheese. This has a five pound sirloin inside. Mushrooms, onions, hash browns and Swiss and cheddar. We're just gonna go right in and this thing is loaded just to show There's a bunch of meat in here. Nice and heavy. This is definitely one of those omelets that you're gonna have to bring home and eat some for the next day. But check out this big sirloin. Nice cube sirloin right here. So this comes with blue cheese. So let me just try it. Some odd way. That kind of works. But I'm a big fan of this often. I'm just because it's huge. I Very good. I'm just stealing some of my girl's Denver omelet and that looks pretty good. Good amount of ham in there. Good stuff. Try some of the pancake over here. What kind of pancake did you get? Black cherry. Black cherry. Nice and fluffy. A little bit on the crispy side at the bottom but I think that's how they do it. You guys know I Nice and crispy indeed. So let'see how these taste. Mmm. I think I want these soft ones because these are nice and big. Mmm. It's real good. I've been craving a hot beef sandwich for a while now but this thing is monstrous. Alright here we go. Good gravy. I'm just gonna show you guys what the beef looks Check that out. That looks pretty good. Let me try some of the mashed potatoes. Good solid mashed potatoes. You can tell a lot by the owner and his personality because I'm just looking at the walls here. You can kind of see all the fun pictures up there. You got some fun things over here. Fun times. Overall I'd say it's a nice kind of classic dinner vibe. You got A bunch of booze, bunch of tables. I'd say the food is really good. I can see why they have a 4. 7 Google rating. And of course the portions were quite large so that's always a plus for me. This is the bill I guess. Nope. Here we go. It's kind of nice that they coat the bottom of these to-go containers for you. That's great customer service I'd say. To be honest, $52 for all that food is a huge win. So definitely come here and support them and I'll see Tony Koo out.
