Oasis Cafe' is a non-profit, job training program for CMCSS high school seniors with disabilities to learn food service and hospitality employment skills.
Oasis Cafe is a setting that creates job training opportunities for high school seniors of Clarksville-Montgomery County County School System. High school seniors with identified disabilities apply for 1 year internships at Oasis Cafe to gain hands-on food service and hospitality skills as well as exceptional customer service skills. Upon graduation, the interns enter the job market with a solid resume' and references to support their search in today's job market for competitive employment. The Oasis Cafe' is the creation of many thoughtful and hard working individuals who came together to build a small coffee and sandwich shop on behalf of of the students. The Montgomery County Government teams, the CMCSS Operations team, the Tennessee State Department of Special Education and the local Lowe's Heroes Project made this corner cafe' a reality.
If I have to describe this Sikkim in one line, I will call it the Silly Beauty of the North East. Sikkim is located in the foothills of Himalayas. The beauty of Sikkim is absolutely breathtaking. There are no cap mountains, lakes, waterfalls, colorful valleys. Together upon the beauty that is Sikkim. On the way from Silly Beauty to Gankto, I came across a beautiful cafe which serves a delicious food with the breathtaking view of the valley and the Tisda river. It is the Oasis Cafe. Let's go then. On the first floor, it has a beautiful canopy. On the first floor, it has a beautiful canopy with the breathtaking view of the valley. So, by having the view, you can enjoy the view. They also have the bar. As I was traveling alone, I decided to have an iced tea followed by my lunch. As being vegetarian, I decided to go for the veg thali. They really serves a very good traditional cuisine and the taste is awesome. Here I am attaching the menu for your reference. They also do have the chicken thali and mutton thali. The staff here is very attentive and they advise you what kind of food you can have. This is the most visit place I must say. If you are traveling from Silly Beauty to Gankto, you can meet me. The Oasis Cafe is a magical cafe. So, I recommend you to look at this place. It is a really nice one. Thank you.
