One of the places I really enjoyed in Chicago was the Goddess and the Baker. It is the cutest bakery slash coffee shop that I have seen. The one went to was located on Grand Avenue, but they do have several locations in the Chicago area. As you can see, it's a very comfortable laid back atmosphere. The music was really, really nice, but not too loud. Here are some of their baked goods. Everything looked extremely good. The presentation was absolutely nice. And you would just want to try one of everything. Everything looks so fresh. And again, they're just, the presentation made it even better. Here are some of the other baked goods they had behind the counter and some of the treats. So good. My daughter, of course, had to have coffee. My mom and I had the water for my breakfast. I had the bacon, sourdough, toast, fried eggs. I My mom had the croissant egg and turkey bacon. Y And my daughter had this fresh chicken wrap and fruit. Again, if you're in the Chicago area, try them. I give them a 10 out of 10.
