Here we, at first initially was a roasting facility. We didn't really have anybody here. Back in the day, a lot of people were very curious as to what was going on, so we decided to open up a coffee shop here. It's been really, really successful for commuter business. It's on Western, so it makes a lot of sense. But slowly it's kind of evolved into this all-encompassing production floor for all of our wholesale accounts and all of our coffee shops as well. We are growing at a pretty quick pace. We have over 60 clients around the Chicagoland area. This is our ice to, our kid iced coffee. Dark Matter is really about community and family and friends. That's what we base a lot of all of our concepts off of collaborations and hanging out and making sure that everybody feels comfortable in our shops. Making sure that we're being able to work with all the companies that we're selling coffee to. We do a lot of traveling down to El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico. We've been to Puerto Rico, Panama. Some coffees that we get from El Salvador are not on anyone else'shelf in the entire world. That's really, really nice to be able to stay. And for us, having those relationships is what I feel puts us ahead of the curve. We get all the coffee in just green. I just think of them as When we're roasting, we're using a couple of different elements while the process is taking place. We're using time, we're using heat, and we're also using airflow. So for us, especially with this, airflow is a really big deal. Too much and you're going to cook the coffees very unevenly. Too low and you're going to start to scorch some of the beans. I don't know, I feel It took zero at the same time. Oh, I love my job. It's been actually a huge blessing to be a part of this community and company. We all really work together really well. It's more of a family aspect than actually companies sometimes, trying to always take care of each other. Really, really blessed in that aspect. Thank you.
