Today we have people that, when you sign the franchise to, when you place your first order, everything's mapped out for you. I truly believe that every customer that comes through the drive-thru or comes into a coffee house leaves a better mood than they were when they first got there. And I think that's really cool. Not every business has that. Just fell in love right away. We knew immediately it was a great fit for us, and were just thrilled that we could be a part of a system where we had some help. That weren't just out there trying to do this on our own, but were just trying to get the best out of it.
