At BAM, our philosophy is simple; we use the highest quality ingredients to create artisan breads, pastries, cakes and an assortment of other German delicacies. We went back to the basics and all of our products are handcrafted, made fresh daily and do not contain additives or preservatives. We firmly believe in baking the difference with each of our quality products. In our restaurant (OPENING SOON) we serve Breakfast & Lunch. We participate in 7 Farmers Markets (Cape Coral, Naples, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers Downtown, Marco Island & Englewood) a week. BAM also provides fresh baked bread and pastries to some of the most distinguished restaurants in Southwest Florida.
