Welcome to the Traveler from Virginia channel. They have locations in Massachusetts and the Metro DC area. This location is on Massachusetts Avenue, between Union Station and the DC Convention Center. It was still early in the morning and as we entered Tade, the vibe felt quiet and peaceful. The decor and ambience is modern and clean. Our beverage order consisted of an iced latte and a bottle of water. The water was refreshing and the iced latte was on par to any typical coffee shop iced latte. My wife's food order was a croissant breakfast sandwich that had cheese, avocado, egg, bacon, tomato, and arugula, which she described as crunchy, buttery and savory. My food order was a chicken salad sandwich, which is a house-made herb chicken salad, marinated cuc The chicken salad had good flavor and was pesto forward, but it could have used more sauce because the bread was thick and dry. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and we would recommend Tate to anyone who enjoys a light and quick breakfast.
