The Parkside neighborhood has a new addition to its business scene. A new coffee shop called Jam Parkside opened their doors today. The community owned shop serves up all sorts of coffee, beverages, and a few small pastries from Monday Cakes, the cupcake shop in Allentown. It's a project that took two years to open. Owners say they wanted to make sure the new spot.
