Welcome to Hilltop Cafe, we serve and break food and music for 43 years. Inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere, Cherry Spring, Texas, 10 miles north, Fredericksburg. Playing music here is fantastic, so intimate. It's a rodeo house and the truest sense of the word. The vibe is just the groobiest of groovy.
