A creperie is a very good choice when you want to have something quick and inexpensive in Paris, but because there are so many creperies in Paris and not all are good, find out about a good one before going there. I would recommend this one, creperie boubou. In small creperies, most of the time there are very few tables, so you may have to wait a little bit. But this is a full-size creperie, so there is plenty of tables. Most creperies serve only crepes, sometimes salads, together with soft drink and cider. So a crepe has fillings inside the batter. Fillings can be cheese, ham, vegetables, eggs, and there are also dessert crepes. This is sautu00e9-dough and you put it on this first plate, which is 250 degrees celsius. And then this one is the second plate, it's only 150 degrees celsius. It's a mix of chocolate and flour. The chocolate is directly incorporated into the dough. It's the first time I see this. Cacao powder. This is a crepe with chocolate and almond. This is the Cu00e9ciblee Song showing you Paris.
