We are here at Boonebeen Coffee Company. I've never been in a food and beverage truck, so this is my first time. How are you feeling today, David? A little warm, but that's life in Louisiana in the s Exactly. So, David, I want you to tell us, what is it about coffee that you love? Why did you get into the coffee business? I got into the coffee business because I'm from Idaho and coffee is huge in Idaho. I mean, absolutely huge industry. And when we got down here, me and my wife got down here through the military and the coffee was just empty and I couldn't find a good cup of coffee. So, we decided were just going to do our own cup of coffee. She came to me one day and she's I was It's not a bad idea. Let's do it. And so, I started, the first time I ever sold coffee was on the side of Cross Lake, kind of a boat ring at a fish and tournament. And then, I grew from there into some farmers markets, did really good with those. And then, we purchased the coffee truck and now, we have the coffee truck and a coffee shop. So, we're doing pretty good and we're looking to expand into another one right now. So, what did you make today? So, this is a Katz Meow. It's a cinnamon brown sugar white chocolate mocha. This is our best seller and we've won best coffee in Louisiana with it two years in a row. So, we're pretty proud of this coffee. You're going to get a real, it's a pretty sweet coffee. It's not a real dark coffee or anything It's made with our wake-up coffee. We love it. It's our medi This is the first time I'm trying it, so here we go. Now, it's delicious. I can really taste the cinnamon. Yeah, I can really taste the cinnamon. We actually developed it as a Christmas drink, but it sold so well and it did so well, I couldn'take it off.
