Today I'm waiting on a client at one of my favorite places in Benita, Benita Bean, a coffee shop located on Benita Beach Road. Kind of separates the Imperial Shores and Benita Shores neighborhood. We live close by and we love this place. Good place to meet clients. The coffee is fantastic. The pastries are great. Andy the owner is always happy to see us. We're happy to see him.
