Green Light Kitchen combines a passion for green eating with clean cooking techniques and a fresh approach to classic dishes. Our new urban cultivator allows us to feature dishes that are produced with the fresh herbs and micro greens grown in the state-of-the-art indoor farm. The Urban Cultivator is a new, innovative machine that assists our crew in hydroponically growing many of the herbs and greens we use daily in our dishes. Rather than limiting our offerings by using terms like "deli" or "cafe" we decided to go with kitchen. The kitchen encompasses all elements of our concept. A kitchen is the place where family gathers, where great memories are made, and fun moments are shared. This is what we continually strive to provide to Beaumont. Using our unique concept, we serve up vibrant, fresh, innovative menu options as well as Southeast Texas favorites, with a twist. Enjoy some of our favorites like the Green Light Burger and the Crab & Shrimp Mac & Cheese. We have plenty of smaller items if you're on the go such as a Fruit & Yogurt Parfait, Breakfast Burritos and Sandwiches, Quinoa Salad, and more!
