Hi, I'm back from the London Spoons Cafe in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I wanted to share a little bit about our business and how hope has affected it. This is some of my staff here, we have a few that are off today. But we'll share our story and where we're at. After spending a lifetime in the food service industry, my wife and In 2015 decided to open Spoons Cafe. We decided to open something in Carlisle that was different than anything else anyone was doing in this area. We opened up a restaurant that would use no chemicals. All our food is made from scratch. I do all the cooking myself, but I have a staff around me as you saw that helped me make sure the customers get to food in a very timely manner. Our business has been growing for the last five years. We've built our catering up. We've seen some wonderful growth in the business and we're very excited about how things are going. When COVID hit, that all stopped. From that day forward, our business dropped down and one week, 83%. We tried to be as creative as we could. We immediately started to take home meals. We kept our carry-out going. We opened up a window on the side of the building so we could have a walk-up window so people would feel safe. We, as soon as the weather allowed, expanded our dining outside. We put extra tables in every place we could. So we've been as creative as we possibly could be to keep things going. But with the COVID, it's just not been possible to build back the customer base we had. Mentioning before being in downtown Carlisle, we have no off-street parking. So people have to park on the street and walk to us or come from the local businesses. With the county and were located within four blocks of the courthouse. With their hours all being cut down to doing as much telework as possible. Dickinson College not returning. Our n In the quarters, during COVID, one of our quarters were down 74%. We do want to share with you through this whole crisis. We have not let one employee go. We have not shut down one day because of it. We have been creative, stayed open and continue to try to find ways to finance the business and keep it moving with our employees. We have a great staff here and having to lose that hope of this to build them back would set us back years. So we've continued to fight the fight, keep our staff working and do the best we can do. We appreciate you taking time to listen to this and thank you.
