And what that means is that all the workers here are also owners of the business. The business we're standing in is the Greenmount coffee lab. And here we go deeper with coffee. We experiment with the flavors of coffee through many different brew methods. Here you can order things And what's really cool, let's go in. They've got a roastery on site. This is thread coffee. Okay, so what are we doing here? So we're roasting some coffee. It's actually about to come out of the roaster right now, as you can see. So this is actually one of our coffees from Peru. From Peru? Okay. Yeah, coffee's raw all over the world. I take it. Yeah, we do. Okay, what's your most popular coffee? Probably the Colombian Fondo Pias. Yeah, we got a Best of Baltimore award for that and that's been really popular with most of our customers. And this is a beautiful machine you have here. Alright, well good luck. Thank you.
