We all come from a diverse background. So many of us have come from different industries. Many of us didn't start out in business. We come from nonprofits, law or finance. And we're able to come together, pool these resources and knowledge to make something great happen. Well the company is really young and really fresh and we're growing at a fast pace as a coffee company and the staff and the team is also really young. And so we're kind of growing alongside the company. The benefit of this startup culture is being able to do things from the ground up and do things you never thought you'd be able to do. Whatever kind of inspiration sparks, I'm really given the flexibility to run with those ideas. And being able to bring all those different perspectives has allowed us to just drive this business to hit a lot of different viewpoints and be applicable to so many different groups of people.
