Hello, my name is Kate Nien. Welcome to the Red Shared Cafe. Just want to tell you a little bit about this place. It is seriously one of the coolest cafes I have ever been in my entire life. Let me just say that. Some of the things that we offer here, we do offer outside dining as well as inside dining. We offer fresh groceries that you can per call in and purchase or you can go on our website and place in order. We do deliveries. We are a scratch kitchen. That is one of the best things I love about this place. You get something different almost every time you are here. We try to spice it up with different types of Today'soup was a kale and apple soup. Totally different but it was absolutely delicious. Our lemonades are really good as well. They can range from anywhere from a red apple mint lemonade to a blackberry basil lemonade. We have a homemade red sugar mocha. We also make our own cold brew. We also have a 203 kombucha which you can purchase in what is called Browlers. You can get three different sizes. We also have these reusable to go boxes. It's our way of trying to go green. We are actually the only restaurant in Griggs that is doing these right now. And how these work is you purchase them for $10 and every time after that you order it to go, you bring in your box as long as it's not damaged. We take it, wash it and we will give you a new one. Another couple of things we offer, cozies, to go over your cups as well. We also have four different types of mimosas that we offer. Our strawberry lime, lavender, the classic as well as the shrub. We also have a variety of mural designs here. They speak for themselves. You just have to come down and check them out. We also have a very large variety of beers and wines that we offer as well as different beers from breweries all around Anchorage and even up north that we participate with and get some of their product. The music here is one of the coolest things. It'such a different variety of music. You'll get a little bit of punk, rock, ACDC, rap, slow, whatever the mood is. It's just it fits everybody.
