Technology industry of Albuquerque. I'm very happy to present the economic development director for Albuquerque, Mr. Gary Opadal. I wish the weather was better. This is a typical day in Albuquerque, I'll tell people. And this is just another Chamber of Commerce day. I'm here representing the mayor who would absolutely be here. I've just gone through a minor surgery. He very much believes in Albuquerque. What Mayor and I We are business. He's a contractor. I come from business and it's really important that people know that it's easy to do business here. And this is the right place to do business. And today is a great example of that. Here we have a company that's been around for a while who is unique in Mexico, who spreads the opinion, uniqueness around the world and is now open of a retail shop that is so innovative that I didn't have to ask for ice in my coffee. I can usually do so if I go down because they have a product called Sip Ready Coffee. How cool is that? I've never heard of that before, just now. I usually have to say, can you put some ice in that little bit more? Perfect. So I really, really appreciate that. This is a great example of a Mexico company that's expanding into new areas and being innovative and helping us to maintain our spot on top five coffee cities in the country of places to visit. And with the great mainland in it, and now being able to get it, then the locals and people who are traveling here can now enjoy that. So I very much appreciate this. I think it's great that this is happening. And just best of luck and great business here. If I want to bring up now the Director of Operations, Alan Bassett, who will talk to you more about this great over here. Thank you. Thank you. So my name is Alan Bassett. I'm the Director of Operations for New Mexico Pinot Coffee. A few years ago, I attended a speech given by Michael Gerber, who wrote the E-Mith Revisited. And there'still one quote that I remember to this day. He said, if you're not trying to be the best in the world, you're just wasting your time. For the past 20 years, the Mexico Pinot Coffee has strived to be the best coffee company in the world, which is a tall order, pun intended. In 2014, Albuquerque was rated as the fourth best coffee city by Travel and Leisure magazine. Portland, Seattle, and Providence were the only cities that ranked higher. Albuquerque was ranked in the top five due to our distinct local flavor. With Pinot Coffee House, we're taking that distinct local flavor to the next level. Today marks the culmination of an idea that started three years ago. What you see right here is the result of that idea. The first thing you'll notice is how bright Pinot Coffee House is. Our menu is simple and easy to read and shown on digital displays. Some of the beverages you'll see, you will recognize. Some of them you will not. We work tirelessly to create a coffee shop that answers the questions that people have been asking for years. Well, at Pinot Coffee House, you can. Why does my drink get watered down by ice? At Pinot Coffee House, you get your ice made from coffee, which keeps your drink strong and flavorful. Those flavors are from the Northwest. Why can't I get a local flavor? Well, at Pinot Coffee House, you get a Biscochita Latte. But We don't stop there. You could also get an Albuquerque Fog. I know what everybody's thinking. Fog? What Fog? And does it mean a London Fog? For those of you who don't know, a London Fog is Earl Grey Tea, steeped in milk with a hint of vanilla. An Albuquerque Fog is Earl Grey Tea, steeped in milk with Biscochita flavor. Yes. So, if these are the answers to your questions, then Pinot Coffee House is the place for you. In the future, we'll be looking at more locations around the city and around the state because everyone in New Mexico deserves that local flavor and it deserves a great cup of coffee. After all, great coffee is a matter of opinion. As we continue to strive to be the best coffee company in the world, we have a lot of people and businesses to thank. A big thank you to Oak Tree Cafe, Rio Grande Dermatology, Angels Hair and Nails, and Wise Pies for being great neighbors. Thank you to the wonderful employees of New Mexico Pinot Coffee, who work hard each and every day to make the best coffee in the world. Thank you to John and Jeremy Mechafire, who we're absolutely phenomenal to work with while building out the space. Thank you to my parents, Frank and Cindy Bassett, who have given my brother Kevin and I the opportunity to take Pinot Coffee as far as we can. And most of all, thank you to my fiance, Reagan, who spent hours and hours working on this idea to make it a reality. She did an absolutely amazing job with the decor, the products and the setup, and we are incredibly lucky she signed on with this project. At this time, I'd On behalf of New Mexico Pinot Coffee, I'd Thank you. Thank you.
