We're what's referred to as a third wave cafe. We approach coffee in a scientific way. I do love being an entrepreneur. I don't know how not to be. I see opportunity. I see a void that needs to be filled and that's what motivates me to go forward. I'm really excited about Abathurkey's future. I love it when people come in here.
