Before becoming a contractor in t I was here through Hurricane Michael, was here through the devastation. We're here three years later and there'still so much of Panama City that needs to be rebuilt again. And I know I'm little, I'm just one small person and I'm a builder here, but I feel privileged as a builder. I feel privileged that I get to build a home for somebody that's going to stand a hundred years. Because I love seeing the customer come in and see a finished product and just being so happy and their kids running around, oh, t I'm going to be there every day checking in on the job, what's next, what's left to do. And then I'm communicating with the customer and if they call me, I will raise to my phone. I will never let my phone go to voicemail if I know my customer is trying to get in touch with me. And it doesn't matter if it's during the week, work hours, any time I make myself available. I'm going to be there every step of the way. I'm going to listen to you. I'm going to take every detail into consideration. You're going to be rest assured of quality, beautiful home in the end and I'm going to see to it. Any questions or concerns you have, I'm going to answer those to where you feel good about it at the end of the day. And it's not going to be a grueling process for you. It's going to be fun. There might be some snacks here and there. We'll work through them. There's no way that you wouldn't be happy in the end.
