Why get tested? We recommend that anyone who is sexually active, uses IV drugs, or has had exposure to HIV, get tested every six months. Get tested whether you are married, in a monogamous relationship, or participate in casual sex. Our friendly, knowledgeable Counselors are on site to provide HIV prevention counseling and testing on. Services are free of charge with no appointment necessary. Of course, donations are always gratefully accepted. In addition to normal retail operations, several Out of the Closet Thrift Stores offer free HIV testing and counseling in a private area of each store.
