And David, how long have We've been here almost 10 years. I've lived in Wicker Park for 17 and we decided to open in early 2001. So you have one of the best vintage places here in Wicker Park. Tell me what you specialize in. We specialize in mid-century vintage from the 1950s to the 1970s. We would The older pieces are harder to find and more recently we've added 70s, 80s and 90s contemporary designer to our mix. Well, it's a great, great mix. You can see your eclectic taste and your passion is all over the store. So what's your favorite part about Wicker Park and the experience you have here? Oh, I just t Yeah, we have a ton of tourists now. It's people from Germany and Italy and all over the place. That's been really exciting this s More and more people are coming from C Great. So I was looking at some of the brands. I mean, everything from, were talking about there's Gucci, there's Prada, there's Halston and there's also, you said we even have stuff from Sears that are We have a lot of particularly women'suits from Sears and Montgomery wards. They all had designer shops, somet That was the Satchback store, right? As having at least a small designer boutique. Even on Milwaukee Avenue, there was Weebolts, w They had a designer shop, primarily that catered to the wives of the executives. But that was right here on Milwaukee Avenue back in the 50s and 60s. It's a great story. And you had said, you pointed out somet Every suit was lined and double faced on the inside. And today you can spend $1,000 on a jacket and it has no lining and no seam face. It'still made in C It's possibly still made in C We enjoy collecting the housewares of the period as well and pride ourselves in a really good selection of complete sets of glassware, barware, tableware, etc. Store B Vintage is located at 1472 North Milwaukee Avenue, or South of North Avenue and North of Division in Bucktown Worker Park.
