I'm proud to work at Pearson Ford because I think it's one of the few places in our industry that I've seen or been to that really everybody's on the same page as far as the customer comes first. Everybody's on the same page as far as the overall vision. We want to help each other. We want to help our customers out. I think that's kind of rare in our business and our business gets a bad name, but I think we're the exception. My philosophy on customer services, there are a lot of other Ford dealers in town, so the way you differentiate yourself is with your customer service. You can go and buy a Ford at n Well Pearson Ford's different. There's a lot of different dealerships in the area that advertise on television and they advertise in the newspaper and there'some deceptive advertising going on and we're different. We don't do that. All of our business comes from repeat business, referral business and then internet business. I was looking around and Pearson Ford popped up a lot and they had a few good cars that It was easy going, it was very comfortable and we started going on the process and making that a bunch of cars and eventually ended up with one that was perfect for me. The Ask Patty relationship is something that I think is unique. There's not a lot of dealers in the country that are certified, female-friendly certified. What it is it's a website that caters to women and all different kinds of automotive needs whether they're buying a car, servicing it, selling it. It helps women get through the process and there are very few dealers in the country that are certified and our whole sales staff and management staff is certified and I think that kind of sets us apart from our competition. What sets us apart from other dealers is the fact that we have an all-in-one facility. We have a quick lane, we have a service department, we have new and used car sales, we have a buy here, pay here. It's really one-stop shopping at its finest. I think a unique thing about Pearson Ford is that we do not rely solely on people just coming in buying cars, retail, customers. We go after businesses and we really, really appreciate our relationships that we have with businesses and we're delivering cars all over the Midwest to customers and we want to continue to grow that business and we really appreciate those customers and we'll do anything we can to make them happy.
