Hi, my name is Chris Proger-Mitties. I'm the General Sales Manager at Audi Pacific. It's the largest Audi showroom in the United States currently. 17 car showroom. I thought this was so incredibly high-tech and so modern. We use a lot of materials that are very friendly in the environment. In certification is about leadership and energy efficiency and design. Building a lead building is about the environment. I was thinking about leasing and when I went online they had the best reviews. The internet is how everyone now shops for the car. Everyone does their research and everything online. Our customers demand a certain level of service and that'something that we're able to give them. Someone helped me right away when I walked in and it actually was about a three-week process because I didn't know what I wanted. He stuck with me and helped me and I drove every car. We actually We're not here to necessarily sell. We're here to help. I've got client soup on three, four cars for me just because they love our process. They love that our employees are so knowledgeable and we know the cars and we're passionate about the cars. I think I focus a lot on the relationship with the person and their needs without letting me push you into a car. You want a car and I want you in a car so we have already come in goals to be in with. I didn't feel pressured. It was actually a very nice experience. A client could expect nothing but a friendly, pleasant welcome from all of us. I had a problem programming my garage door with the button in my car. They said we'll bring our tech over. I said what do you mean? It's been a program that's been out for a month now. Basically to kind of help the customer understand their vehicle now that they're so advanced with Wi-Fi technology and interconnectivity in their car. Totally great experience. You're going to have exceptional service here. I have not seen anything but smiles from the customers leaving from the showroom. And I want to have exemplary service in our department as well. Our whole goal is just to give the customers a way to come in and celebrate them really. Because the reason we're here in this biggest showroom in the United States right now is because of our customers. Audi's involved in many different charity functions throughout the local community.
