I would say the culture is evolving every day because The culture is definitely putting people before ourselves. The culture here the people here are wonderful. First I want to get here last one to leave and I'm enjoying every bit of it. Everything they say about the culture here is true that everyone who's here really has a heart for it and they enjoy being here. They've trained me and they've helped me to grow and they've helped me to learn my position better. When I got here on our first day I was the youngest by many years I was only 19 years old. There's always someone here to help you don't understand something they're always willing to educate you. But they talked a lot about making dreams come true which is what this whole brand is all about. It's not a typical car dealership here. It's a family. I mean I feel It is a culture that for me resonates family in a corporate setting. When we have Christmas parties and things or You just I enjoy coming to work every day. I spend quite a few hours here every week so I truly enjoy what we're doing and how we're doing it. I mean it's awesome. I've never been in any type of environment I enjoy coming to work every day. I have the best job here at the dealership. I can provide for my family and be proud of who I am and what I do. We spend more time here with our co-workers, our peers than we do with our own family so I don'think I've come into work. I love working here just because I love driving the cars. I love meeting the people. I feel very blessed to be here. It just feels Every manager, every person here definitely wants the best for you. Really the best Mercedes dealership ever is what we're going for. We've won Mercedes' Best of the Best awards, I don't know how many times, at least for this region of the country. We get treated pretty much We will make mistakes. We will trip and fall and skin our knees. They provide us with the tools to be able to do our best. We use the word around the exception all the time and that's a good word. But we will do what's right in the end. To resolve any situation that we need to see resolved, For me it's beyond that. It's beyond exceptional. I think exceptional for me is the norm here. To me it's the norm. So I want to go beyond the exceptional. It makes me feel proud actually to be part of something that's changed in the game. How much more can you ask for? I mean it's just a good place to work for. I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving.
