Hi, I'm Paul Normadine, representing Normadine Chrysler Chief Dodge, Ram, here in San Jose, California. I'm the general sales manager and one of the partners in the dealership, along with my brother and my father. Normadine's has been in business for 136 years and five generations going strong. My ancestors came down as blacksmiths from Canada, came in and opened a blacksmith shop in San Jose and started building custom series for San Jose Dictators. So the nice part about being in business for as long as we have for five generations is that we have the opportunity and the good fortune to sell to families that have also lived here in San Jose for generations. And that's kind of a real special thing. I remember when I first started selling cars that I was able to sell cars to people or descendants of people who have bought cars for my grandfather and my father, which really says a lot and we'really proud of that. It's kind of a fun thing to be able to experience. One thing we are really proud of here at Normadine Chrysler Chief Dodge is the fact that we are a full service facility. We not only handle the new and used car sales, as well as certified pre-owned vehicles, but we can handle all the needs after the sale, which is your parts department, full service department, and in the unlikely or unfortunate circ We have all the latest technology out in our collision center. We work with all the insurance companies, it's a full service facility and we'real proud of that. Here at the dealership we really infuse customer service and go out training with our employees. We take great pride in the state and that we have very, very good customer service. And that has been passed down generation to generation, how important it is to make sure you take good care of your customers. If you don't, they're not going to come back, it's as simple as that. We know that it's a very important aspect of our business, not just selling cars.
