Meet the Manager: Charles Pankey Hello, as the General Manager my first concern is to make sure that you have a pleasant experience each time you visit our store. When you visit you will see our dealership is one of the newest and most comfortable in the country. We have 3 customer lounges and 2 children play areas. Our used car selection is one of the largest in the DFW metroplex with over 200 cars to choose from. Please call me if I can ever be of service to you. So here we are at Toyota Rockwall, our main entrance. Welcome toyota Rockwall. My name is Tracy. So when you walk in, you're going to get a warm, friendly greeting from our receptionist, Pam. So if you're just picking up license plates or you want to confirm an appointment with somebody, she will be glad to help you. She'll also show you to where we have our waiting area where you can get a fresh cup of coffee. You don't have to go to Starbucks. We have free coffee, really y So we have a full coffee bar and then if you are waiting for your car to be washed or serviced, we will walk over and you will have a beautiful waiting area over here in our service department. You can make yourself comfortable in our chairs and we'll be helping to get you coffee, water, whichever you need and while you are waiting, we also have this beautiful fatigue that we had put in just for our shoppers to do their Christmas shopping or birthday cards, whichever you prefer.
