Showcase Honda

Well, I've been here 14 years and I think probably the best thing about it is you work with the same people all the time. We have very little turnover in the service department and it makes for good working conditions. What I enjoy about working on Honda's or working on any car is the feeling of a job well done. I take pride in my work and it doesn't matter if it's an oil change or replacing a major engine component, sometimes they are difficult to diagnose but once you diagnose them you feel good about what you've just accomplished. The people I work with I guess we're There's not a lot of drama and it's just enjoyable. When they pull in the drive we greet them immediately. We hop out on the drive just as soon as that car pulls into the drive. We try to present the wow factor. So we try to go above and beyond, try to give the customer the best experience that they could possibly have. Instantly we're at their door greeting them with a smile of course. The last thing anybody wants to do is bring their vehicle to a dealership for service. So we try to make them feel at home, not pressure them, give them options. Well we have an outstanding service department. In fact they just won the award last month for December for the highest CSI which is a customer satisfaction index. When we do work on cars we fix them right the first time. Our scores are very high, our CSI scores with American Honda. So that just shows that everybody here takes pride in their work. The tech from the technicians on down to the lot attendants.
